Jasmine in bloom

Perhaps due to the warming weather, the jasmine in my garden is in bloom once again. I say perhaps because there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when my jasmine flowers. I’ve noticed periods of growth during all weather conditions in spring and winter and even in the autumn—no complaints from me. I love the heady, rich smell emanating from the flowers. The aroma seems particularly strong in the humid air during the evening. I can smell it from quite a long distance while I’m inside. Here are a few photos from the past couple of days. The bees are loving it!
